I do not seem to be able to login

Check the following:

  • You can log into the Android or IOS app and see your devices.
  • You can log into www.tplinkcloud.com with the user name and password.

NOTE: This app is not the official TP-Link app, if you need to change or reset your password, you need to do this on the official iOS or Android Kasa App
